The Nougat Latte Macchiato is an exquisite blend that combines the intensity of coffee with the smoothness and sweetness of nougat. Perfect for those looking for a special drink with a festive and comforting touch.

Ingredients:

  • 200 ml of whole milk
  • 1 double espresso 60 ml House Espresso, Decaffeinated or Dark Espresso (to taste)
  • 1 tablespoon of nougat cream (or nougat paste)
  • Optional: whipped cream and pieces of caramelized almond

  1. Prepare the espresso: Use your Bialetti Italian Coffee Maker to prepare a double espresso of 60 ml with dfrnt coffee. House Espresso, Decaffeinated or Dark Espresso of your choice.

  2. Heat and froth the milk: With the Morpilot Automatic Frother, heat the milk until it is smooth and frothy, perfect for a latte macchiato.

  3. Prepare the base: Place a tablespoon of nougat cream at the bottom of a tall glass.

  4. Pour the milk: Slowly add the steamed milk, leaving a little space for the espresso.

  5. Add the espresso: Carefully pour the espresso over the milk to create the characteristic layers of the latte macchiato.

  6. Decoration (optional): If you wish, crown your drink with a layer of whipped cream and sprinkle pieces of caramelized almond for a crunchy touch.
