It all started with a cup of commercial coffee, that daily routine that accompanied us every morning. We were simply coffee enthusiasts, enjoying its aroma and flavor without delving too deeply. But curiosity led us to ask: what else is behind this drink that we are so passionate about?
We decided to embark on a journey of discovery. We began trying different types of coffee, exploring varieties, origins, and preparation methods. The more we learned, the more we realized the richness and complexity that the world of coffee has to offer.
However, we also noticed that the abundance of options could be overwhelming.
Our adventure took us to the mountains of Colombia, where we met dedicated farmers who cultivate exceptional beans. There we discovered that the authentic flavor and quality of Colombian coffee are often lost among intermediaries who raise the price without adding value. We understood that we wanted to do things differently.
