Can I order ground coffee?
Yes, of course! You can select the ground coffee option in the "How do you want it?" button. However, we recommend buying it in beans and grinding it just before preparing it to maintain all its properties.
What is your roasting process like and how is it different?
Our roasting process is artisanal and carried out by expert roasters. The roasting date is indicated on the back of the package, guaranteeing freshness and quality.
Does coffee lose quality once the bag is opened?
Yes, once opened, coffee starts to lose aroma and flavour. Our 250g airtight bags are designed to keep coffee beans fresh. We recommend storing them in a dry place away from sunlight.
When will I receive my Dfrnt coffee?
Orders for products in stock placed before 13:00 will be shipped the same day, provided it is a business day. Otherwise, they will be shipped the following business day.
Delivery time from this point is 24-48 hours. If the delivery time is delayed, it could be due to unforeseen circumstances of the delivery person or the courier service.
We work with express shipping agencies: Correos Express and Seur. When your order is shipped, you will receive a notification where you can track the shipment.

In case we cannot deliver your order on the estimated date, we will send you the tracking number with the order tracking details.
What to do if your shipment is listed as delivered but you have not received it?
If your order appears as delivered but you have not received it, we suggest you contact us so we can review the status of the shipment with the shipping company.

Our coffee is 100% natural and specialty, with no additives. Any notes of hazelnuts, nuts or other flavors mentioned in the descriptions are only flavor descriptors and do not indicate the presence of those ingredients in the coffee.
