Can I order ground coffee?

Of course! You can select the ground coffee option on the "How do you want it?" button. However, we recommend buying it in beans and grinding it just before preparing it to preserve all its properties.

What is your roasting process like and how does it differ?

Our roasting process is artisanal and carried out by expert roasters. The roasting date is indicated on the back of the package, which guarantees its freshness and quality.

Does coffee lose quality once the bag is opened?

Yes, once opened, the coffee begins to lose aroma and flavor. Our 250g airtight bags are designed to keep the coffee beans fresh. We recommend storing it in a dry place away from sunlight.

When will I receive my Dfrnt coffee?

Orders for products in stock placed by 1:00 PM will be shipped the same day as long as it is a business day. Otherwise, they will be shipped the next business day.

The delivery time from that moment is 24-48 hours. If the delivery time is delayed, it could be due to unforeseen circumstances involving the delivery person or the courier service.

We work with express shipping agencies: SEUR, Correos Express, and CTT. When your order is shipped, you will receive a notification where you can track the shipment.

Can my order be delayed?

In case we are unable to deliver your order on the estimated date, we will send you the tracking number with the order tracking details.

What to do if your shipment is marked as delivered but you have not received it?

If your order shows as delivered but you have not received it, we suggest that you contact us so we can check the shipping status with the carrier.

Our coffee is 100% natural and specialty, with no additives.

The notes of hazelnuts, nuts, or other flavors mentioned in the descriptions are only flavor descriptors and do not indicate the presence of those ingredients in the coffee.

Return Policy

At DFRNT., we strive to ensure our customers' satisfaction. If the coffee is not to your liking, we offer a free exchange for another product from our brand.

If you prefer to make a return, please note the following conditions:

1. COFFEE AND MATCHA
- Free exchange if you don’t like it, with a bag at least ¾ full (1 per customer/order).
- Returns are not accepted if the package was opened or consumed.
- If the package is unopened, you can return it within 14 days. The customer assumes the shipping costs.

2. ACCESSORIES AND OTHER PRODUCTS
- Only returns are accepted, no exchanges.
- The product must be unused, in its original condition, and with intact packaging.
- The customer assumes the shipping costs.

3. PROCESS
- Contact info@dfrnt.coffee with the order number and reason.
- The return address will be provided and, if desired, a label (cost: €3.99, deducted from the refund).
- You can also send the product on your own.

4. EXCEPTIONS
If the product has a factory defect or suffered a logistical error, DFRNT COFFEE will cover the return shipping costs.

5. REFUNDS
The refund will be processed within a maximum of 14 days from the receipt and inspection of the product, using the same payment method.
