What is Cold Brew?
Cold Brew is made by steeping ground coffee in cold water for an extended period of time, between 12 and 24 hours, before filtering. Unlike traditional iced coffee, Cold Brew is made by slow infusion in cold water, resulting in a less acidic coffee with a smoother, more balanced flavor.
