Orders for products in stock placed until 1:00 p.m. will be shipped the same day as long as it is a business day. Otherwise, they will be shipped the next business day.

If instead of an exchange you wish to make a return, please keep the following in mind:
- Only changes in coffee or matcha are allowed. Accessories cannot be exchanged, only returned.
- The return is at the customer's expense, including shipping costs.
- It is necessary to provide proof of the return once completed.
- The product must be unused, in its original condition, and with its packaging intact.
- If the product has a manufacturing defect or damage caused by our logistical error, we will cover the shipping costs.
- The refund will be processed only after receiving and reviewing the returned product.
