What will you need?
- 100ml of milk to taste
- 25ml of espresso coffee (we recommend our Espresso House)
- 1 pinch of cocoa or cinnamon
Preparation
- Prepare your espresso, we recommend doing it with our Espresso House to achieve the perfect balance of intense and light coffee on the palate.
- Heat (without exceeding 65º) and pour the milk into a glass and proceed to get the frothed milk that will give your coffee its personality. There are several ways to froth the milk, at dfrnt we recommend using: a manual electric frother or an automatic one. Although you can also get this foam by putting the milk in a jar with a lid and shaking it for about 2 minutes.
- Choose your cup and pour, first, your freshly prepared espresso. Then, proceed to gently pour the frothed milk you just made over the coffee.
- To finish, sprinkle a little cocoa or cinnamon of your choice on top of the foam.
