Traditional Ceremonial Matcha
Ingredients:
- 1 teaspoon (1-2 g) of our Pack House Matcha Ceremonial.
- 60-70 ml of hot water (80°C, not boiling).
Utensils:
- A traditional bowl for matcha (chawan).
- Bamboo Matcha Remover - Chasen
- Matcha Bamboo Spoon - Chashaku
Instructions:

Preparing the Matcha:
- Sift 1 teaspoon of our House Matcha Ceremonial into the bowl to avoid clumps.

Heat the water:
- Heat the water to 80°C (if you don't have a thermometer, bring the water to a boil and wait 2-3 minutes for it to cool slightly).

Whisk the Matcha:
- Pour the hot water into the bowl with our House Matcha Ceremonial.
- Use the chasen to whisk quickly in a "W" shape until you achieve a light froth on the surface. This ensures that the powder is fully mixed and that the tea has a velvety texture.

Serve and Enjoy:
- Take it directly from the bowl to enjoy the ceremonial experience.

- This method highlights the natural flavor and sweet notes of Nishio matcha.
- If you prefer a lighter flavor, you can slightly increase the amount of water.
- For a modern touch, you can add a pinch of yuzu or lemon zest, which pairs very well with the richness of matcha.
