Terms and Conditions of the Promotion “We Draw 1 Free Order per Day”

1. OrganizerThis promotion is organized by DFRNT. Coffee, with registered office at Calle Velázquez, 41, 28001 Madrid, hereinafter the Organizer.

2. ValidityThe promotion will be valid from August 1, 2025 until August 21, 2025 (both inclusive).

3. Participation mechanics

• All persons who place an order in the online store of DFRNT. within the indicated dates participate automatically.
• Each order equals one entry.
• The draw will be held weekly, as follows:
• Week 1: orders from August 1 to 7.
• Week 2: orders from August 8 to 14.
• Week 3: orders from August 15 to 21.
• Each week 7 winning orders (1 per day) will be drawn among all orders placed that week.

4. Prize

• The prize consists of the full refund of the amount paid for the winning order, using the same payment method used in the purchase.
• The refund does not include shipping costs if any.
• The prize is personal and non-transferable, and cannot be exchanged for other products or cash.

5. Communication of winners

• The winners will be randomly selected and contacted via the email or phone provided in the purchase.
• The Organizer may publish, if deemed appropriate, the name and/or initials of the winner on its official channels.

6. Additional conditions

• Placing an order implies full acceptance of these terms.
• The Organizer reserves the right to cancel entries that do not meet the requirements or detect fraud.
• This promotion is independent and is not sponsored or endorsed by third parties.

7. Newsletter and discount

• Those who register for the DFRNT. Coffee newsletter can obtain a 15% discount on their first purchase.
• The discount applies only to selected products, is not combinable with other promotions, and is valid only once per customer.
