Its charm lies in the fact that it combines two pleasures in a single drink, with coffee being one of its main ingredients.
Using our House Espresso , this recipe highlights the unique flavors of coffee, creating a pleasurable experience perfect for any time of day.
Ingredients:
- 1 House Espresso espresso (30-40 ml)
- 30 ml of liquor (can be brandy, rum or brandy)
- Sugar to taste (optional)
- Cinnamon powder (optional, to decorate)
Utensils:
- Espresso maker or Venus Italian coffee maker, Bialetti
- Heat-resistant glass or mug, if you want a large Carajillo you can always make it in our dfrnt Jug

Instructions:

Prepare the espresso: Make an espresso using our
House Espresso , in your coffee maker. Make sure it is well concentrated to balance the flavor of the liquor. -
Heat the liqueur: In a small saucepan, gently heat the liqueur of your choice. Do this over very low heat to prevent it from boiling.

Combine the ingredients: In a heatproof glass, pour the hot liqueur and then add the freshly brewed espresso. If you like it sweeter, add sugar to taste and mix well.
