Cold Brew: Cold and refreshing coffee for any time of the day

What is Cold Brew?

Cold Brew is made by steeping ground coffee in cold water for an extended period of time, between 12 and 24 hours, before filtering. Unlike traditional iced coffee, Cold Brew is made by slow infusion in cold water, resulting in a less acidic coffee with a smoother, more balanced flavor.

Follow this simple filter recipe and enjoy a perfect Cold Brew for any time of the day:

Ingredients:

  • 100g coarsely ground coffee from Dfrnt Filter
  • 1 liter of cold water

Utensils:

  • Large jug
  • Fine mesh strainer
  • Coffee filter

Instructions:

  1. Mix ingredients: Combine Dfrnt ground coffee and cold water in a large pitcher.
  2. Infusion: Let it rest in the refrigerator for 12-24 hours.
  3. Strain: Use a fine mesh strainer and coffee filter to strain the concentrate.
  4. Serving: Serve the Dfrnt cold brew with ice and water to taste.
  5. Enjoy: Enjoy a refreshing cold brew.
