Do you want to prepare the perfect cappuccino?

Although the warm weather is approaching, we can still enjoy a good hot specialty coffee in our hands on these colder days.

And to inaugurate the recipe section we thought: why not do it with one of the most popular coffees? The cappuccino, a classic that never disappoints.

This coffee comes from Italy (you can also find it written as cappuccino), although it was first prepared on the border between Vienna and this country; and its name is believed to come from the colour of the Capuchin friars' habit.

Now, how do you prepare it? You'll be surprised to know that such a delicious drink is so easy to make at home!

You will only need:

  • 100ml of milk to taste
  • 25ml espresso coffee
  • 1 pinch of cocoa or cinnamon

And for preparation, just follow these steps:

  1. Prepare your espresso, we recommend doing it with our Espresso House to achieve the perfect balance of intense and light coffee on the palate.
  2. Next, heat it (without exceeding 65º) and pour the milk into a glass and proceed to obtain the foamed milk that will give your coffee its personality. There are several ways to achieve foamed milk, from dfrnt we recommend using: a manual electric frother or an automatic one. Although you can also achieve this foam by putting the milk in a jar with a lid and shaking it for approximately 2 minutes.
  3. Choose your cup and first pour in your freshly prepared espresso. Then, carefully pour the frothed milk you just made over the coffee.
  4. To finish, sprinkle a little cocoa or cinnamon of your choice on top of the foam.
And in this simple way, you will be able to find a way to get a cup of coffee with a unique flavor. Enjoy!
